1. The guests are responsible for any damage to the property done in the renting period. 
2. No smoking inside the house, smoking is only available in the patio area.
3. No drugs in the property is permitted
4. The rent payment are to be done in cash or in a cashier check
5. To reserve the property the guests should pay one rent day.
